Looking for that unique cookbook? We still have “A.P.P.L.E. Cookbooks” available that make great gifts anytime for those that love to cook!

Our A.P.P.L.E. Cookbook was put together by a group of volunteers collecting recipes from Washington State Apple Commission, area residents and friends. The cookbook is unique as the recipes in the book had to have either salmon or apples as one of the ingredients.

Artist Don Nisbett donated the use of his famous salmon with and apple in its mouth for the cover of the book. Lori Bouslaugh donated developing the cover and inserts for the cookbook.

Recipes range from appetizers, soups & salads, main dishes, desserts, beverages & condiments down to this & that.
